What to include
- Bug report: the tool name, what you expected, what happened, and your browser and device (for example, Chrome on Android).
- Tool request: what you want to do and, if possible, an example of the input and the result you need.
- Privacy or data request: the subject of your request and the page it relates to.
- Advertising or business enquiry: a short description of what you have in mind.
Please do not send sensitive files
ScanYourTool never needs your documents to answer a question. Please do not attach passports, bank statements or other private files to an email. A screenshot with personal details blurred is enough for us to help.
